Welcome to our first Spirited Tales session of the series. A history and spirit focused event that takes you through how a spirit has become what it is today!Joey Folkersma, Australia's Bartender of the Year 2024 & NT Bartender of the Year 2018 will take you through the sessions.
Joey's passion for history has taken him around the world to study spirits and the what each country has influenced them. Originally from the Netherlands, the home of Genever / Jenever (the grandpa to gin) creates a perfect start to the series.
You will have the ability to taste these gins before crafting your very own Gin & Tonics from some suggested complimentary tonics / sodas and garnishes.
