This monthly gathering is a chance to tap into the wild feminine, to reawaken your connection to intuition, imagination, and the ability to flow with the rhythms of life. As we do, we can better express that wisdom and stand strong within our relationships, families, and communities. You will be supported in:-Honoring your body as the sacred temple it is and practicing self-love and self-care
-Improving flexibility, strength, and balance with sensual yoga
Cultivating greater self-awareness and personal clarity
-Sharing in a safe space with other women
-Creating movement and breaking free from limitations
-Deepening your connection to the divine feminine and your inner maiden, mother, and crone
-Tuning into the cycles and seasons of the earth and moon
-Learning more about your helping spirits and your connection to the unseen realms
-Growing your power and faith in your authentic self
-Practicing listening to your intuition and following your heart
Receiving monthly guidance and suggestions that help you grow your soul green again
-Participating in life enhancing shamanic ceremonies
-Reducing anxiety, tension, and distress with sacred sound baths
-Spirit woman or wild woman is reemerging and rising again in every woman’s consciousness awake, alive, and on fire with passionate purpose. She is the embodiment of the divine feminine and the goddess, in full blossom, no longer restricted to living tight in the bud, enduring too small a life.
By honoring the sacred feminine, we honor the earth, ourselves, and the interconnectedness of all life. We illuminate our path with wisdom, love, and the courage to embrace our true nature.
PLEASE BRING:
-Journal and pen
-A sound instrument such as a rattle, drum or singing bowl (extras will be provided)
-Your favorite oracle deck
-Water
-Personal medicine piece to represent you on our community altar (crystal, figurine, jewelry, photo)
-Comfortable clothes and layers. You could let your inner goddess dress and adorn you if this resonates.
Our venue has chairs, blankets, pillows and yoga mats. I suggest having a light meal before our gathering. If possible, arrive 10 minutes early so we can begin on time. An early arrival will give you a moment to arrive and pull a card before we open our circle. Please no alcohol or drug use during our circle time.
The women’s circle is a place for community and self-care. A unique opportunity to feel seen, heard, and supported.
All are welcome!
