Spirit release is the process of identifying and clearing spiritual entities or attachments that disrupt a person or space. These entities, such as earthbound spirits, energetic imprints, or other types of entity, may cause emotional, mental, physical or material disturbances.

Expertly created by experienced spirit release practitioner, and award-winning energy healer and therapist, Helen Mantell, this training was originally designed to support the multiple healers and therapists she met, who had no idea where to turn when they experienced unwanted energetic influence and entity attachment - either in their clients or themselves.
