TRAINER: Hayley Carroll- Germany, Mississippi Choctaw of Oklahoma, brings nearly ten years of experience working with children and families. Hayley’s career began as a Child Protective Services Investigator for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, she then began working with her Tribe as an Indian Child Welfare Social Worker, then Supervisor, for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. Most recently, Hayley has her own consulting business where she provides expert witness testimony and consulting on cases involving Indian Child Welfare Act, as well as providing training. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Science in Native American Leadership, both obtained from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. She is the great granddaughter of an original enrollee and granddaughter of a boarding school survivor. She resides in Ada, Oklahoma on the Chickasaw Treaty Territory with her family.
