A monthly gathering for anyone who loves to move. This month we have:* A 5Rhythms class, taught by Ben Deutsch. Let your dance guide you back to your true self. (10:30am to 12:30pm)
* Drum, voice and dance jam - bring your own instruments if you have them. (1:30pm to 3:00pm)
* Community lunch - please bring food to share, and take some time to connect with your fellow dancers. (12:30pm to 1:30pm)

The venue is Open Source Arts, which is part of the Aire Place Mills complex, 143 Kirkstall Road, Leeds, LS3 1JL. (What3Words: struck.events.ridge)
Buses to Open Source Arts include the 33, 34, 60 and A1 Flyer. Get off opposite ITV Yorkshire, then walk down Aire Place and turn left after the first building.
Bicycles can be brought into the building and locked.
Parking at Open Source Arts is for Blue Badge holders only.
We recommend parking either on Wellington Street (just round the corner), or in the pay and display carpark outside Kirkstall Brewery (on the opposite side of Kirkstall Road - postcode LS3 1JA).
Please do not be tempted to use the parking spaces through the gate at the far end of Aire Place - if the gate to this space gets locked, then you won't be able to get your car back till Monday morning! And please do not park on the track along the side of Open Source Arts - large vehicles often need to use this track.
