Join Fran Andre, Denise Rowe and Allan Kerr for a day of song, dance and drum from the African continent
Open your body, heart and spirit to the intelligence of pan-African rhythmic traditions as we sing, move and play together in a friendly and supportive environment, finding our way to create a circle together that encourages thriving life
Outline of the day, with room for a little flexibility:
11am - 1.30pm morning session: song, movement & dance
1.30-2.30pm lunch
2.30 - 3.30pm afternoon sesssion: drum
3.30 - 4pm tea break
4 - 5pm late afternoon session: bringing everythig together in a circle of gratitude and celebration
All welcome ~ no previous experience required
Please bring lunch to share

Meet your facilitators:
Denise Rowe is a creative practitioner, ceremonialist, and experiential facilitator who's work explores the intersection of embodiment, rhythm, ritual and the natural world. Denise has over twenty years experience in creating and holding safe spaces for powerful transformation.
