Gentle, grounding movements inspired by our connection with the earth will open the heart, expand the lungs, and soften the body, preparing you for the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra.Led by the imagery of earth’s spring awakening and resting comfortably in savasana, Rebecca will guide you through a visual journey of growth and expansion, mirroring the unfolding of new life all around you. This powerful practice will encourage you to shed burdens that weigh your mind, body and spirit in order to awaken your inner potential, and harmonize with the flow of the changing season.
No yoga experience is required simply come dressed in comfy yoga attire, bring a mat, a fav pillow, cozy socks, an eye cover (if you have one) and an openness to explore a practice that will inspire you to feel refreshed, energetically aligned and deeply nourished in your body, mind and spirit.
