I will be hosting our first CANTA Retreat of 2024 in a beautifully restored finca in the middle of the Island in the Ibiza Campo, in total tranquility surrounded by birdsong and olive trees. This five night retreat will include our signature blend of daily yoga and pilates classes, sound and meditation sessions, hikes and excursions to some of the legendary spots that embody the bohemian spirit of this magical island. Expect gentle movement on the shaded yoga deck, delicious freshly prepared food by a private chef and lots of time to relax and explore.
