About this Event
An evening of restorative Yoga + somatic practices to bring relief + release to the heaviness of grief on the physical body, meditation + visualisation, deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra for heart healing, connection with fellow spirit mothers + time in honouring of the children we will forever long for.
Through my own experience of loosing my daughter + learning to live with the grief, I feel called to bring us Spirit Mothers together, to create a space where we can share our experiences, honour the journey of both ourselves + our families, while feeling held in community.
The invitation is to sit + receive, there is no requirement to share but the space is open if you would like to.
This space is for all spirit mothers with your unique journey no conditions on your experience to join us.
