I’m an eclectic mix of Leadership coach and Rapid Change Hypnotherapist. I'm also trained in NLP and psychotherapy and spend my time either delivering training or sharing these journeys both in groups and 121.

Around 8 years ago I started to explore psychedelics for my own personal wellbeing and found a whole new layer of self I didn’t know existed, reorganising how I felt about myself and what I bring to the world. Learning hypnotherapy then provided me with a tool to open these experiences up to others in safe ways without having to drink mushroom tea or fly to Peru.

These journeys really are a beautiful mix of Hypnotherapy, and psychedelic storytelling all served on a bed of curated music to support the inner journey.
