Spirit Guides is a restful immersive event of awareness and deep listening to the guidance of your Spirit and to the high vibrations of the Beyond. Explore meaning and purpose in a safe space, thru dream practices, breathwork, self-intimacy, sound meditations and reflective journaling. Spirit Guides is a short form silent rave, but with ambient music. Wireless headphones will be provided. Bring a notebook to journal/draw and some pillows/blankets/mats to feel comfortable being on the ground.
