During this 90 minute conscious dance jam, Todd Glacy (aka DJ WOW) will lead us on a celebratory journey of awakening, awareness, embodiment and creative expression as we allow our minds to relax, our hearts to open and our bodies to be moved by the energy of inspiration (spirit) as we immerse ourselves in the cosmic flow of creation that is The Dance of LlFE (Love In Full Expression).
Spirit Dance is intended as a Sacred practice and to help facilitate that experience for everyone we ask that you abide by the following guidelines:
1. No talking on the dancefloor.
2. No street footwear on the dancefloor. Socks, barefoot, or indoor-only footwear please.
3. Respect self, others and the physical/energetic space.
4. No drugs or alcohol
5. Be kind
6. Have FUN
