This February half term, we’re bringing you 3 awesome camp options, designed to suit every style and keep the energy high all day:
🏃♂️ 1. Pure Parkour Camp – MONDAY
This camp is pure, unfiltered parkour—dedicated to the art of movement in its rawest form. Whether you’re aiming to refine your skills or dive deeper into parkour culture, this is 5 hours of non-stop training and inspiration!
Enjoy exclusive video breaks featuring UK legends like Storror and Storm Freerun, showcasing the clips that inspired our coaches to begin their journey!
A full day dedicated to mastering technique, building confidence, and discovering the heart of the sport.
🏅 2. Sports Day Camp – WEDNESDAY
It’s parkour meets the ultimate sports showdown! This camp blends the best of parkour with a mix of fun, competitive team sports, perfect for those who love variety and a bit of friendly competition!
A combo of structured parkour sessions and team challenges inspired by other sports. Who will claim the title of Best Team? 🏆
Ideal for participants with a passion for movement and a love of diverse physical activities.
🔫 3. Parkour x NERF Camp – FRIDAY
A high-energy day combining parkour training with epic NERF missions, team games, and challenges. Think: tactical teamwork, fast movement, and loads of laughs, the ultimate holiday action day.

NERF battles, objective missions, and team challenges 🔥
A mix of structured action and fun downtime so everyone stays engaged

Pure Parkour Camp Example Schedule:
10:00–10:30 AM – Welcome, Warm-Up & Movement Games
10:30–11:30 AM – Parkour Workshop 1: Foundations & Technique
11:30–12:00 PM – Parkour Video & Culture Break
12:00–12:30 PM – Lunch
12:30–1:00 PM – Open Gym / Skill Exploration
1:00–2:00 PM – Parkour Workshop 2: Flow, Lines & Challenges
2:00–2:45 PM – Team Challenges & Parkour Games
2:45–3:00 PM – Cool Down, Stretch & Reflection
