Known for her honest, sea-driven cuisine and deep respect for seasonality, Marina brings a unique Istrian sensibility to the table. Her food is precise, personal, and inspired by the day’s catch - always elegant, never overcomplicated.
Marina’s exclusive menu will be paired with Tomac Winery, a renowned family estate from Plešivica with over 100 years of tradition. Known as pioneers of natural and biodynamic winemaking in Croatia, Tomac crafts expressive wines that reflect the soul of their land - including their internationally recognized amphora-aged labels.
