This Sundays Pop Up is a class where we concentrate on the movements and muscles of the Spine. We learn how your yoga class can keep the spine healthy and hold back the years by improving your posture. Also how to improve general flexibility of the spine to improve your yoga practice. This class is a small class allowing plenty of time for adjustments and modifications, giving you insight to improve your practice.
We have a 10 minute meditation or breath practice at the end of the class to allow your body to adjust the the benefits of your class.
