Spindletop Rotary Club will host the Celebrity Roast of former City of Beaumont Police Chief Jimmy Singletary on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at the MCM Elegante’ Hotel at 7 p.m. Proceeds to benefit Beaumont Animal Care and Spindletop Rotary Club. Friends are invited to attend the night of good-natured fun as Singletary’s special friends “roast” him with stories and memories. Roasters include Jefferson County Criminal District Attorney Keith Giblin, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Texas Brit Featherston, Mont Belvieu Chief of Police Jimmy Ellison, Beaumont Fire Chief Earl White, and more!
