We're thrilled to invite you to our first Spinavita Retreat, where you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery, relaxation, and rejuvenation. Set in the serene surroundings of ‘The Church' in Newent, our retreat offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Julia came to study yoga as part of a journey to re-establishing a healthy connection to her own mind and body nearly 15 years ago. Falling in love heavily with the wisdom behind the practice she began to incorporate it into her work as a clinical psychologist. Since then she has been committed to offering people opportunity to cultivate a compassionate, growth oriented mindset and a commitment to a healthy body and lifestyle.
𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Guided meditation sessions will help you unwind, de-stress, and enhance mental clarity. Immerse yourself in moments of tranquility as you explore mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
