For 24 hours from 12pm Saturday 18th February the annual Albany Community Hospice Spinathon begins! Cyclists will be taking on the challenge of keeping stationary bikes spinning for 24 hours to raise funds for Albany Community Hospice @Haz Beanz. This year’s Spinathon, we are aiming to raise $24,000 – $1000 for every hour that the bikes are spinning.Cyclists can join as part of a team or as an individual - they don’t need to cycle for the whole 24 hours, although a few people do! you can rider for as little as 30mins or a few hours up to 24hours, you choose. Cyclists then seek sponsorship from friends, family, colleagues, the community at large.
All funds raised go towards ensuring that specialist palliative care continues to be provided to the community free of charge.
