Spinal Activation of Dharma is creating more space in the body by softening the connective tissue (fascia), releasing tension from the muscles & joints. Letting go of judgement and self-criticism. Being in the moment and having fun with your new discoveries as you observe what you are feeling is what is most important in your body. Every exercise as you release tension and increase your emotional awareness!
After we work shortly on our body & breath, we will also work on our Energy with S.E.A.D. Spinal Energy Activation of Dharma.
Spinal Energy anatomy, kundalini energy (life force energy) and Cosmo frequency will be come together. Dharma wil help them support, which is surrender, patience, self-control, reason, forgiveness, sanctity, honesty, truthfulness, knowledge of learning, control of senses, and an absence of anger. Order of things in the universe and to follow the law of nature, it is the way to achieve peace.
Golden Moonlight brings all the awareness of unique different kind of believes & shamanic traditions together.
