Through utilizing somatic therapy we can journey within to release the energy of stored emotion and trauma, allowing us to access states of peace, flow, happiness.
Nicole uses a combination of Meditation, breathwork, life force energy network chiropractic work, Spinal Energetics and Reiki to release stagnant emotion and trauma from the body.
