About this Event
During this practice you will be guided by Georgiana, a Spinal Energetics Practitioner and Trauma-Informed Kundalini Activation Facilitator, within an intimiate container of 12 participants. The intention is to support your connection with self, to nourish your nervous system, create a safe and supportive energy for physical, emotional and energetic release and cultivation, to feel grounded and in harmony.
The event will open with some conscious movement, to bring you into connection and a sense of safety and support within your body followed Breathwork and Spinal Energetics where Georgiana will move around the group sharing energetic healing. The practise will conclude with an integrating sound and guided meditation.
Breathwork is a practice that involves the conscious control of breathing patterns to enhance mental, emotional, and physical well-being. By regulating your body and tapping into your consciousness, you can explore your inner world. Utilizing both nose and mouth breathing techniques, breathwork helps to clear the noise of everyday thoughts and patterns, allowing you to deeply dive into what truly matters to you. This practice fosters a sense of connection with both yourself and others, promoting stillness and facilitating emotional release. Ultimately, breathwork empowers you to achieve greater clarity, balance, and overall harmony in your life.

What to bring:
- A journal and pen
- Water bottle
- Yoga Mat will be provided, you can bring Pillow and Blanket
Prepare yourself:
Avoid coffee for at least 4 hours before the session.
Avoid alcohol and other substances.
Eat lightly; an empty stomach is best.
Arrive a few minutes early to ground yourself.
Wear comfortable clothes.
In relation to Spinal Energetics- please do not attend this event if you identify with any of the following;
- Diagnosed Severe PTSD
- Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
- Currently taking heavy Medic*tion that alters brain chemistry
- Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries
- Epilepsy
- History or diagnosis of aneurysms
- Cardiovascular problems
- History of seizures
- Severe Asthma
- Heart disease
- Heart conditions
- Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, or spiritual emergence within the past three years
- Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect their ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.
