DIRECTIONS
Please arrive at Vyve Meditation Centre, 1a/266 Bolton St Eltham (next door to Tip Top Butchers, entry via Hope & Honey door) no earlier than 3pm. Arrive 3.15pm for 3.30pm. (please note Vyve Meditation Centre will be running it's last session for the day from 1pm-3pm so strictly no entry before 3pm :) )
