PREVIOUS POLE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS CLASS. This is not a course for those brand new to pole.Spin Pole 101 is designed specifically to enhance your comfort and confidence with pole dancing on spin mode!
Throughout the series, you'll learn essential techniques for spinning moves, building a strong foundation in body control, and understanding momentum. We will guide you through a series of dynamic spins, transitions, and flow sequences that will get you comfortable on spin mode.
This four week series runs Mondays, February 2nd-23rd 7:00-8:00pm.
This class is $90 or 16 tokens for all four weeks, and is included on all Unlimited Passes.
