Take a deep dive into the world of spinning technique and pathways! We’ll explore various spinning mounts, as well as high spins, flare pathways, low spins, lasso spins, and throw spins. While this workshop is on trapeze, students with experience on other apparatuses are more than welcome!Prereqs: Students should feel comfortable with unassisted inversions, holding a bent-arm
position for 5 seconds, and should be familiar with some foundational trapeze shapes and poses. *Ginger is highly recommended, especially if you get dizzy easily!*
