Spin Book ClubJoin us for a unique blend of movement, connection, and conversation at our Spin Book Club — where we move our bodies and feed our minds.
Once you sign up, the book selection will be revealed. This is not a class or a study session — it’s a relaxed, engaging book discussion designed to spark connection and self reflection, while you enjoy light movement on the bike.
You’ll have several weeks to read the first half of the book (the book is 248 pages).
Our first Spin Book Club meeting will be February 22 @ 2 PM, where we’ll ride gently and begin discussing the first half together.
After that, you’ll have another two weeks to finish the book.
Our second meeting will be March 8 @ 2 PM, where we’ll continue the conversation and wrap up the discussion.
