Garry Clement will drawing on over 50 years expertise and service to Canada and will tackle the topic international organized crime, drug trafficking, money laundering and the state actors – China, Iran, Mexico, Russia and how they pose a major national security threat to Canada

An expert and advocate for financial-crime prevention, he has worked as an investigator and undercover operator at some of the highest levels of organized-crime in Canada. During Garry’s policing career, he received numerous awards and commendations, including recognition from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and the CIA.
