Sometimes, the fun comes in unique combinations. Let’s head south for one you might not have considered: tarantulas and chiles. Around La Junta, these marvelous arachnids make their annual migration, and despite some creepy-crawly typecasting, we hope you’ll come ready to admire and learn!
From there, we’re off to Pueblo to celebrate the spices and history of this amazing city. In addition to exploring its famous Chile and Frijoles Festival, we’ll have a behind-the-scenes look at the El Pueblo Museum, and more! Unique combinations will make a winning trip. We throw our hands up (all eight of them?) in excitement!
Overnight Trek | Ambitious- may involve several nights away from home and activity-filled days. Be prepared to walk up to two miles a day on easy to moderate terrain, drive or spend long periods outside
