About the Program
This in person, 90-minute seminar uses techniques developed by professional writers to enable lawyers to take complex, multi-issue matters and organize them quickly, logically, and systematically. It will cover twelve principal argument patterns and how to turn organized thoughts into persuasive arguments. The course speeds the writing process and helps lawyers handle and make sense out of even complex matters.

About the Speaker
Randall Christison has practiced law for over 35 years focusing on civil litigation and on training lawyers. He has handled many trials and appeals and has been AV-rated for 25 years. He has authored books on law practice and articles on professional training and legal writing skills. His community activities include serving as a Judge pro tem and arbitrator for the San Diego Superior Court and an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
