Itinerary:

• 7:00 PM – Doors Open: Grab a drink and find a spot to watch the action. Brand representatives from Live Oak Vodka and BeatBox will be onsite with interactive stations and product samplings.

• 8:00 PM – Tournament Kickoff: The top six teams from Houston, Dallas, and Austin go head-to-head in relay-style matchups. Each round will test speed, accuracy, and teamwork as bartenders craft a selection of cocktails and shots.

• 9:00 PM – Brand Spotlight & Audience Activities: BeatBox takes the stage for a fun audience challenge and Live Oak Vodka hosts a dedicated segment to showcase their unique flavors and brand story.

• 9:30 PM – Championship Rounds Begin: The final teams face off for the title of Texas’ Fastest Bartenders. Who will take home the trophy?

• 10:30 PM – Winner’s Ceremony: Celebrate the champions as they’re awarded cash prizes, exclusive SpeedRailz media features, and branded memorabilia from Live Oak Vodka.
