Ready to push the pace? Join us for an open speed workout and experience the excitement and fun of interval training with our Speedplay crew! This session is designed for runners of all levels - whether you’re hoping to challenge your pace, connect with fellow runners, or simply try something new.The workout will feature 400(ish) meter repeats, and we’ll wrap things up with a fun 4x4 time prediction relay to keep the energy high. Come for the challenge, stay for the camaraderie!
