Join us on Thursday 5 February, after hours, for an evening of sparking creation and conversation at The Social Studio!
This month’s activity will be ‘Speed Portraits II’ – a fast and fun chance to have a go at portrait making and to celebrate one year of The Social Studio! Whether it’s a portrait of yourself or someone else, you can explore your artistic flair through drawing, painting, collaging, or other artistic avenues.
If you’re not quite sure what you’ve made by the end of it… just tell everybody it’s abstract! And don’t worry, you don’t need any expertise in the field of portrait-making to join in. This informal event is an opportunity to try something new, relax, meet new people and have a bit of fun. If you attended our sold-out debut last year, expect a completely different experience this year round.
Limited tickets are available to purchase online here. We'll provide all the paper, equipment and encouragement you will need... all you need to bring is yourself! To keep you fueled, Lucie's Café will be serving hot drinks, soft drinks, homemade cakes and snacks during the event.
The Social Studio debut will take place on Thursday 5 February, 6:30pm – 8pm, at the Emmaus Mossley Secondhand Superstore, Longlands Mill, Queen Street, Mossley, OL5 9AH. Please note that this event is 18+.
