Making friends as an "adult" is ridiculously hard.. When you’re over the age of 50 it can feel near impossible. We're here to make it a little easier - Speed Friending!
Nope, not speed dating, friending. During this event we will have tables set up with coloring sheets and places for folks to sit during the event. There are three rounds - two five minute rounds, two ten minute rounds, and two fifteen minute rounds. You will switch three times throughout the event (when rounds increase in time). You’ll be able to chat and color, once two rounds finish everyone swaps a seat! We're hoping this event will introduce you to new folks ready for a new friendship adventure!

What Should I Bring?: All materials will be provided for this event.
Cost: $15 - Cost covers materials and staffing
What to Anticipate: There will be a room set up with tables for people to sit at with a large coloring sheet to share. We will announce each ten minute mark to swap seats so you can meet new friends. This event will go for six rounds. You will be provided with a card at the end to provide your contact information (phone number/insta/whatever) and what you are looking for (friendship/casual hookup/relationship). No need to awkwardly give someone your phone number after they shove it into your hands. You get to choose how you'd like to communicate and with who.
Parking: Abundance Co Op has a free parking lot. There is free parking along South Avenue, as well as on the side streets surrounding our block. There are also two lots for parking on South Ave. See our interactive parking map for more information.
There is no need to purchase anything from Abundance Co-Op while you're attending the class. There are snacks available for purchase in the grocery side of the co-op. You may bring water/a drink with you. Public restrooms are available on site.
