Singles are paired up and each "couple" spends approximately 5 minutes with each other - before moving to the next person. We bring single people together for fun and playfully designed, partner-based workouts filled with positivity and a chance to get to know each other organically.
The goal isn't necessarily for you to find your person... but if you do, fantastic! The goal is for you to be surrounded by positivity, fun and a little sweat - while making connections along the workout. At the end of the workout, each person has the opportunity to let us know if they
"clicked" with anyone - either as a friend or as a potential match, and Two Birds will connect you!
