Please arrive by 7:20 PM latest — our matching system locks in the rounds based on check-ins. Late arrivals won’t be able to join mid-event, but we’ll happily roll your ticket over to a future one. 💛

Refund Policy: Refunds up to 7 days prior to event, except in the case of event being cancelled or postponed. Platform fees, transaction fees are non-refundable. Please e-mail [email protected] and we can either transfer your ticket to another one of our events (must be equivalent in price/value), or you can choose to transfer your ticket to a friend.

Info: Make your way to the check-in table where you will be provided with a name tag & details in how to log in to the speed dating app. You do not need to download anything!

Info: We will take a moment to announce the instructions to the entire group about how the event will run-- where you should go for each round, and how to let us know if you are interested in any of the people you meet throughout the night.

Info: We will guide you through the first half of your 1:1 dates, announcing the start and end of each round. Expect ~5-7 dates during first half.

Info: Everyone will be given a 20 minute break. You are encouraged to use this time to meet with anyone you would like -- whether it's someone you already had a date with, or someone that is not on your list of dates for the evening. Grab a drink, take a restroom break-- whatever you need!

Info: We will guide you through the second half of your 1:1 dates, announcing the start and end of each round. Expect ~5-7 dates during second half.

Info: Please fill out the interested Hearts by the end of the evening to let us know who you would like for us to share your email address with. We will begin to send e-mails starting at 6PM the following day. Each participant will receive a full list of who was interested in them, it does not have to be a mutual match for you to receive that information.
