WHAT TO EXPECT

Meet & Greet – The afternoon begins with a casual meet and greet, giving everyone the chance to mingle and break the ice before the speed dating rounds begin.

Speed Dating Rounds – Each round will last 3 minutes. All tables will be numbered. The ladies will be seated at the table of their choice while the men rotate.

Questions & Conversation – Ladies will guide the conversation using fun question sheets provided by the organizer. This ensures lighthearted and engaging discussions.

Match System – Each participant will have a paddle.

If both parties turn their paddle to “MATCH”, it’s a match.

If there is no match, one or both turn to the blank side.

Contact Exchange – When a match occurs, both parties exchange pre-printed contact information for easy connection after the event.

Table Rotation – At the sound of the whip, the men will move to the next table to begin their next round.

Post-Event Connection – At the end of the rounds, guests are welcome to stay, continue conversations, and begin their matched dates.

Gentlemen’s Initiative – We ask that the men take the lead in making contact with their matches after the event.
