About this Event
Original Dating is excited to bring our acclaimed speed dating experience to Nottingham – the perfect way to meet new people, make real connections, and enjoy a great night out.
You’ll meet around 15–20 like-minded singles over a series of relaxed four-minute dates – just enough time to feel the chemistry, share a laugh, and know whether you’d like to see someone again.
After the event, our exclusive online matching system lets you privately select who you’d like to meet again. If the feeling is mutual, we’ll put you in touch so you can arrange that all-important next date.
Expect a friendly, sociable atmosphere, a well-balanced crowd, and a professionally hosted evening designed to make meeting people easy, natural, and genuinely enjoyable.

Important information
This event takes place in a private area of the bar. Staff will direct you on arrival
- Doors open 7.00pm
- Event starts 7.30pm
- Speed dating finishes approximately 9.30pm
- Venue closes 11pm
It’s essential that you arrive before 7.25pm in order to take part. We might not be able to allow entry if you are late.
How it works
When you arrive at the hottest venue in town you’ll be met by our friendly host. After a quick introduction explaining the night, you'll be straight onto your first date.
Each date will last around 4 minutes, the perfect amount of time to get to know someone and not that long to just have a chat, if not.
Girls stay at the same table throughout the evening and guys move around the room.
The following day you can select your matches, 'yes' 'no' or 'friend' and by 5pm you'll find out who you've matched with and be off on a date in no time. It's really that simple.
We'll have a short break halfway through for you to top up your drinks.
After the event
Once everyone has met everyone your host will round up the event but that doesn't mean the night is over, there will be plenty of time to chat some more after the event.
