• All Ticket Sales Are Final: Participants unable to attend may transfer their ticket to a future event if the request is made at least five (5) days prior to the event date. Transfer requests made within five days of the event will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.
• Drink Ticket Redemption: Once a participant has redeemed their complimentary drink ticket, they forfeit any eligibility for a refund, regardless of event circumstances. A valid ID is required to receive complimentary drink ticket.
• Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 21 years old. A valid ID will be required for entry.
• Responsible Consumption: Drink tickets are non-transferable and valid only during the event. Please drink responsibly.

• Choosing to leave an event due to dissatisfaction with the number or composition of attendees does not constitute grounds for a refund.

• Behavior Expectations: Harassment, intimidation, or behavior that makes others uncomfortable will result in a ban from future events.

Violation of these policies may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.
