Structure
1. Registration and Icebreaker:
- Participants arrive and register for the event.
- Upon registration, attendees are given a quick icebreaker questionnaire to help facilitate conversation during the event.

2. Speed Chess Friending Rounds:
- Participants are divided into groups: "White" and "Black."
- Each group sits at separate tables, facing each other.
- A series of speed chess games are played between participants.
- At the end of each round (5 minutes), everyone rotates to the next seat clockwise.
- If a game at a new table wasn't finished before the end of a round, a new person at a table finishes this game.
- The amount of rounds depends on the number of participants.

3. Intermission:
- After several rounds, a brief intermission allows participants to stretch, relax, and enjoy their drinks.
