About this Event
Join us this Sunday for an intense and exhilarating Speed & Form Run Club session! We’ll meet at the Hideout at 7:00 AM sharp, then jog together to the MacArthur Bridge for a hill sprint workout that’s sure to challenge you and push your limits.
What to Expect:
• 20 x 200m uphill sprints with slow recovery jogs down
• A jog back to the Hideout afterward for refreshments and cool-down
• A welcoming environment focused on growth and performance
Whether you're training for a race or just looking to improve your fitness, this session is all about putting in the work. No need to be the fastest – just bring your growth mindset and determination!
