*Ages 8-12* Hosted by Hoop Remedy, the top rated basketball training company in the DMV with over 200 FIVE STAR reviews, join us for a week of plyometrics, agility drills, sports, and fun! Our goal is to utilize the same proven tools used to develop our youth hoopers in terms of their athletic ability outside of their basketball skill sets and bring them to other athletes in a way that can help them in their sport of choice. This is an indoor camp so will happen rain, heat, or whatever else the weather throws at us.
Daily Outline:
9:30am-10:00am Drop-off
10:00am-10:30am Team Building/Warmup
10:30am-11:15am Drills and Workouts
11:15am-12:00pm Competitions
12:00pm-12:45pm Lunch/Stretch/Break
12:45pm-2:00pm Games/Basketball/Flag Football
2:00pm-2:30pm Pickup
