Host: Marisa Hamamoto - Founder, Infinite Flow Dance. Stroke Survivor, Late-Diagnosed Autistic. Pandemic-Born Roller Skater.
What to wear: Comfortable clothes easy to move in. Socks that go up to the ankle.
What to bring: Water bottle.
Recommended but not required: Helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards.
