Each session requires a $20 non-refundable deposit at time of scheduling, and $80 payment the day of your appointment.

-Personalized diet protocol with 1-week basic menu and recipes
-Exercise plan tailored to your specific needs
-Personalized supplement plan
-Live blood cell analysis
-Smart Pulse stress and circulatory health analysis that can measure arterial health (APG) and physical/emotional stress (HRV)
-BMI, body fat percentage, muscle mass percentage, and visceral fat
-Hand strength dynamometer as a measure for overall health
-Hands on experience from a certified naturopathic doctor and registered and licensed dietitian as well as a certified strength and conditioning specialist
