Special Workshop with Jessica Zappia, Monday 26th January
All of our special workshops this term will be a deep dive on technique or musicality. In this 90 minute workshop with Jessica Zappia we look at: "Axis vs Weight" - In this class, we explore the difference between the position of your axis and location of your weight and how to use this in both roles. Jessica’s teaching style involves using exercises to explore and investigate concepts that leave a lasting impact on your dance.
Lesson 7:30-9:00pm at The Hunter Club, warm up from 7pm, Practica afterwards until 10:30pm.
Cost: £15
Location: The Hunter Club Arts Centre, 6 St Andrew's Street S, Bury Saint Edmunds IP33 3PH. Free parking on St Andrew's Street S after 6pm.
