This evening is an invitation to let go of doing and enter into being. With sound and stillness as your guides, you will be gently carried into a space of deep relaxation, a dreamlike state where the body restores and the mind finds space to breathe.
Led by Madhavi, this sound journey combines sacred instruments, guided meditation, and gentle chanting to help you relax completely, body, mind, and spirit.
