What to Bring:
Yoga Mat: Your personal space for practice and grounding.
2 Yoga Blocks: Enhance your alignment, offer support and modifications, and deepen your stretches.
Yoga Strap: Assist in achieving those hard-to-reach postures.
Meditation Cushion: Especially if you have tight hips, a meditation cushion will help you sit upright for seated practices.
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated and refreshed, especially if you sweat a lot.
Towels: For your comfort and hygiene during and after practice. We also use them to cover eyes during final relaxation (corpse pose).
Additional Information:
Doors Open: 15 minutes before class. Arrive early to settle in and prepare for your practice.
Pre-registration: Allows the teacher to check you in upon arrival and helps us start on time.
Class Size: Limited space so please pre-register online before it fills up!
Refund Policy: You may early cancel and retain your class credit up to 2 hours before class begins. No refunds for late cancellations and no shows.
Late Arrivals: While we allow late arrivals, please do your best to minimize tardiness to get the most out of your yoga practice.
