We are so excited to offer this unique class. Join us in making the FIRST VEGAN & GLUTEN-FREE chocolate wafer bar tiramisu using Trupo Treats. Trupo Treats are newest and greatest addition to the vegan world offering the veganized recreation of childhood chocolate favorites. In this class Chef Nico will guide you through the process of making your own tiramisu from scratch. While the tiramisu sets, you will also create a caramel sauce to drizzle over the top. This is a special opportunity to use a product that has truly just released to the public. In addition, Brian Trupo himself will be on site with a pop-up of his other treats for sale. Meet the vegan “Willy Wonka” in person and take home some treats to surprise the kiddos with for Halloween.
**All classes are hands-on working alongside with the chef. You are making your own dishes and either eating them onsite or packing and taking them home.**
