The experience begins with conscious breathwork and gentle somatic movements to release winter’s stagnation, clear mental clutter, and reawaken the body. The grounding rhythms of the handpan guide you into presence, followed by a Spring-inspired Yoga Nidra infused with natural soundscapes, supporting deep rest and reconnection with the cycles of the earth.
The journey concludes with a healing Sound Bath using Himalayan singing bowls, activating the body’s natural healing intelligence and cultivating a sense of grounded calm, serenity, and inner clarity.
