Welcome to our Special Spooks Community Partner signup.
Event Info: Saturday, October 26 | 4-6pm
Location: Friendship Community Care 3605 W. Southern Hills Blvd. Rogers, AR 72758
Community Partners arrive and set up between 1:00pm and 3:00pm. Each registered community partner will be given an approximately 16 ft x 18 ft space to decorate. (Incliment weather will move event inside at the same location and may require some adjustments to space availability, but event will go on regardless!)
Please be mindful that this event is a fun and inclusive Halloween celebration. Designed especially for children with special needs, this adaptive Trunk-n-Treat is specifically purposed to offer a safe and supportive environment where all children can enjoy the spooky season, regardless of their special needs.
Fill your trunk (or truck bed or tent...you choose!) with themed decorations. Treats and marketing materials are offered to participants by each community partner. Costumes are encouraged, but please be mindful that some children may be frightened by masks or scary decorations. There is no fee to participate for community partners or participants.
This event is free and open to all families with special needs children and is one of three major holiday events hosted by NWA Special Kids. NWA Special Kids exists to provide alternative holiday events and support for children and their families with special needs. At NWA Special Kids, we believe every child deserves to experience the enchantment of holidays throughout the year. Our desire is to create unforgettable moments for children with special needs by offering alternative and inclusive holiday events.
