Did you know that focusing on the brain’s prefrontal cortex may help older adults improve cognitive function? Join us for an engaging session with a research-based curriculum that combines simple math done quickly with reading aloud and handwriting to trigger brain activity for improved brain function. Participants will receive additional materials to use at home.Based on a program developed by Goodwin Living, this is a two-part workshop. All who attend will be invited back to check your progress and receive additional training materials for continued at-home brain exercises.
