Join Carole and Stephanie for this workshop designed to think outside the mat! We will explore the various ways you can share Yoga outside the studio and/or using props such as chairs and the wall. This workshop is designed to create various options for the practice of Yoga, so we can bring Yoga to those that need it, where they need it.We will also explore an introduction to Kids Yoga, so you can feel comfortable teaching a Kids class at a school or event.
Not only can chairs and/or the wall be used to help make the practice more accessible, but Chair Yoga is invaluable for other applications such as office yoga, traveling, private sessions, prenatal, and so much more!
You'll learn how to use the chair and wall for various categories of practices including;
standing poses
seated poses
Hatha Yoga
Restorative Yoga
Mindfulness practices
Office/ Zoom Yoga
Pranayama and more!
